Snipper is an easy way to share code with developers through Twitter.
Provided as a plugin for Eclipse(initially); developers can select a file or
snippet of text in an editor and share it on Twitter. Check out the about page for more information.

Eclipse Dialog
Using the functionality is quite simple, just right click
on a file in the navigator view or select some text in an editor right click to choose
the [RockstarApps] -> [Twitter] menu item.
Getting Started
You can get started using the Eclipse plugin by entering the url
